Shipping and returns
Deliveries are made to the address indicated on the order form and can only be in the agreed geographic area. The risks are the responsibility of the purchaser from the moment the products have left the premises of Epoxy Online. In the event of damage during transport, a reasoned protest must be made to the carrier within three days of delivery.
Delivery times are only indicative.
North America: provisionally, delivery will be made within 5 to 10 days, subject to product availability and outside of holiday periods.
Take note that Epoxy Online products can fear the cold. In order to preserve the quality of the products, delivery in the winter season can vary from 10 to 15 days depending on the climate. Thank you for your understanding.
All products supplied by the seller are sold without warranty. In the event of non-compliance of a product sold, it may be returned to the seller who will take it back, exchange it or refund it. All complaints, requests for exchange or refund must be made by post to the following address: Epoxy online 4115-4117 Industriel boul Laval H7L 6G9, or by email at the following address: email@example.com within thirty days of delivery.
